Paul Rhoads Does an Impromptu Scripted Plea to Cyclone Fans

Now try to stop laughing at the desperate pleas of an Iowa State head football coach to get tickets sold at his stadium. Pleas that were well scripted, as he read them off the teleprompter in front of him... even though it was supposed to look like an ad-hoc interview.

Between Pollard and Rhoads, this ISU Marketing Dept is ON FIRE!!! WOO HOO!!! CLONES!!!11!! Just over over a week to go before the start of the season and Iowa State puts out a clip from their head football coach begging for people to buy season tickets. "Season ticket hoarders" to be exact. Embarrassing.

You'd never, ever, see this sort of thing from Kirk Ferentz.

ISU's Grant Mahoney was not a fan of my video

So... I just happened to look back at some of my older YouTube videos. I was checking out some comments, and some of my replies. Apparently I didn't look very closely at the ISU Blooper video I put up a few years back. I replied to a user, grantmahoney21, who, after a closer look could actually be the Cyclone place kicker.

His profile sure appears as if it's him. If I was in his shoes, though, I probably would have said the same thing... especially after missing those field goals.
