Rodney Williams just recently received his offer. 6'6" PF, 185 lb. Probably the second or third best player in the state.
Royce White received his earlier in the month. 6'7" PF, 190 lb. Probably the best player in the state in his class.
However, Tubby has been all over these two since day one and both kids really like him.
He also mentioned Mike Broghammer as another possible recruit, but couldn't get confirmation of an offer.
File this baby under "WTF?!"
Are you kidding me? First off the chick's name is Windy. Yes, Windy. Nice job, parents. Secondly, the parents now say her life is over... I don't know what is worse, her parents signing the consent form or publically proclaim her life to be over. Wow. I am not normally one to put the blame on the parents when it comes to problems with kids, but this one screams out "bad parenting." Ugh. Good luck to the newlyweds, I'm sure the quarter of century in age difference will give them to talk about; that, or the fact that he could have a daughter her age. VMI Basketball couldn't be happier you chose to wear that shirt for the picture, Brenton.

Hawk Central Article
“It was a tough choice to make because at Iowa State, I have a close friend there, (quarterback) Phillip Bates, and I talk to him on the phone a lot,” Prater said. “But Iowa, their coaching staff, their record against Iowa State in football and basketball games and wrestling matches and their schedule and all that, that pretty much drew me in.'
“I kept on bringing up the good factors for Iowa and the good factors for Iowa State and I tried to balance them out because Iowa State has a new coaching staff and all that and Iowa won the match-up last year.”

Wow... that was deep.
Listen, I like Amazon, but when did they start hiring 6 year olds to help explain their business processes? You might want to rethink that approach, Amazon.

Tony Freeman - the #1 pick overall
